Doula Services
Birth Plan
A birth plan is included in all of my doula packages. Birth plans will be tailored to each individual clients to help meet their preferences and expectation for their birthing experience,
Monthly Communication
Communication ranging from monthly to biweekly up until 34 weeks, will be allotted to each client. These forms of communication can be via zoom, phone, FaceTime, and etc. These calls will ensure everyone is updated and on the same page.
Prenatal Visits
Each client will be allotted the pre-determined amount of pre natal visits that correlate with the package decided by the client. These visits will be in person or virtual based on the client's preferences. Prenatal visits involve hands on techniques to assist the mom/birthing person during their pregnancy.
Nutritional and Herbal Suggestions
Based on the client's preferences nutritional plans can be made to better assist the client with obtaining their nutritional needs throughout their pregnancy.
Birth Support
Birth support during both pre labor and active labor is provided to all clients to ensure comfort and support leading up to delivery. I prepare an atmosphere that is outlined in both the birth plan and also discussed prior to labor and delivery.
Postpartum Care
Postpartum support in the form of cleaning, cooking, grocery shopping, laundry or whatever service that can better support the family as they transition into their new life.
